ElectronicaUK develop innovative energy efficient electronic control systems for a number of global market applications. Their unique electric motor technology doubles the driving range of electric vehicles in city driving. Electronica are also launching an energy efficient inverter and heating control system for the global leisure market in Q1 2012, which will drive early revenues into the business.

6.40pm Lontra
10% of all industrial electricity is used by compressors, to run power tools and industrial processes in industries throughout the world. Lontra is commercialising a patented novel compressor which reduces energy spend by 20%, a massive op-ex saving for industry. The company's initial target is the water industry, where compressed air is used to treat sewage, in a market worth £3bn.

Ecoanswers have developed an innovative patent pending raised loft flooring system designed to address the issues of households compromising the insulating properties of their loft insulation by up to 35% (source BRE) by placing floor boards on top of the joists or by simply storing items on top of the insulation.
